Open these iBliss/PranaHigh software programs in Quicktime, set them to loop (repeat) and stack and open and run them simultaneously, as many as your computer can run without bogging.  Set only the front most QT program to be audible.  You can open them in all the same formula or mix and match to your energetic delight.  A medium fast laptop can run about 9 programs simultaneously, a fast Mac about 20.  The more programs you run in QT simultaneously, the larger you open the images on the screen, the higher you turn up the volume–the greater the psychodynamic effect.  You need not use headphones unless you wish.  The faster the computer you employ, the more RAM, the greater fidelity the audio system, the better the speakers and the larger the viewing screen–the more expansive and vital the psychoacoustic field.

You can overlay any other program or App you wish on top of the stack, be it for writing, accounting, web surfing, movies, audio, power point, games, art work, recordings, etc.  The energy formulations are transferred to that last program on the screen (link) and come right through to you!

These Bliss Apps can also be run on iPods, iPads and cell phones.  You can also plug your computer or pod while running these energy Apps, into a larger Surround Sound/ video projector system for raves, parties, super learning, workouts, workshops, meditation, chanting, creative writing, etc.  Any event where you are in a safe space and you can relax and unwind to let be and let free.

For added stress reduction benefit, you can tap, while running Bliss Apps, with all of the fingers of your left hand, together on the screen or speakers, to simultaneously release conditioned memories.  You can also place a speaker against a body part to additionally release blocked energy.

All of our iBliss/Pranahigh programs feature White Light energy fields generated from sacred geometry in each formulation.  White light has the ability to release incoherence while expanding consciousness.

It probably goes without saying that there are no drugs in any of our programs.  Though many customers choose to believe otherwise, feeling deep, uncommon states of being in stillness.
